Use the map to locate the outdoor light you would like to report.

You can find a location by entering an address (street, city, and state or zip code) in the search box above, or you can allow the system to try to automatically locate you by clicking theGoto My Location link.

Once you have located the light, hover your cursor over the light’s icon until the information box appears. Click the link at the bottom of the information box and complete the incident report form that appears to request service at that location. After submitting the form, the reported light is indicated as a red icon on the map.

If your outdoor lighting organization has not yet made their light locations available to us, you can simply click on the map to indicate the location of the problem light. Complete the incident report form that appears to request service at that location*.
