Use the map to locate the outdoor light you would like to report.
You can find a location by entering an address or postal code in the search box above, or you can allow the system to try to automatically locate you by clicking the link.
Once you have located the light, hover your cursor over the light's icon until the information box appears. Click the link at the bottom of the information box and complete the incident report form that appears to request service at that location*.
If your outdoor lighting organization has not yet made their light locations available to us, you can simply click on the map to indicate the location of the problem light. Complete the incident report form that appears to request service at that location*.
